Olivia Munn has always been passionate about rescuing animals, so it’s no surprise she’s a proud mom to two adopted pups.

Ever since she introduced her second dog, Frankie, fans have been curious about him. If you’ve been wondering how old he is or what breed he might be, here’s what we’ve found out.

How old is Olivia Munn’s dog Frankie?

Frankie is around 8 years old. Olivia first posted about him on Instagram back on May 1, 2016, when he was still just a puppy.

She adopted him through Love Leo Rescue as a little buddy for her first dog, Chance.

Sharing how it all started, Olivia said, “Soon, I realized I had even more puppy love to go around and decided that Chance needed a brother.

I started following the Instagram account for Love Leo Rescue in Santa Monica, and after seeing only the back of Frankie’s head, my little Jack Russell terrier mix, I knew instantly he was supposed to be a part of our family.”

And just like that, Frankie became part of the family. He and Chance were even featured in People Magazine with Olivia, and the pair showed up on a Times Square billboard as part of The Shelter Pet Project campaign.

Oh—and both dogs even have their own Instagram accounts. Talk about living the good life.

What breed is Olivia Munn’s dog Frankie?

Frankie is a Jack Russell terrier mix. These dogs are full of energy and need regular exercise and attention to stay happy and healthy.

On average, they can live between 13 to 16 years.

Olivia has long spoken out about the importance of rescuing animals instead of buying from breeders or pet stores.

While chatting with People, she shared, “It’s important to adopt pets instead of buying them from a pet store or from breeders, because there are so many dogs and cats and animals that are waiting for their forever home.”
