In a delightful Instagram video, a dog owner humorously claims that her Rottweiler, Emma, has “stolen” her fiancé.

The viral clip captures Emma perched on her dad, Mits Nishikawa, showering him with enthusiastic licks and not giving him a moment’s respite. Behind the camera is her dog mom, Sammi, who playfully reminds Emma that “he’s mine,” but to no avail.

Dog slobbers owner’s fiancé with kisses in Instagram video

This heartwarming video features Emma the Rottweiler smothering Sammi’s fiancé with kisses. In the short clip, Emma is seen sitting on Mits, hugging him and covering his face with affectionate licks.

Meanwhile, Sammi, who is recording the video, jokingly tries to reclaim her partner from the dog’s loving grasp. The caption on the reel humorously reads, “pov: my dog stole my fiancé.”

Throughout the video, Sammi attempts to divert Emma’s attention, calling out, “Emma. Baby. Um excuse me.” She even pokes Emma gently, saying, “Miss. Excuse Me.

I think he’s mine,” but Emma only pauses briefly before resuming her affectionate assault on Mits. The four-year-old Rottweiler is clearly devoted to her dad, showing no signs of stopping.

Sammi makes another effort to interrupt Emma’s love fest, but the determined Rottweiler quickly returns to lavishing Mits with kisses.

The video ends with both of Emma’s parents laughing while she continues to slowly kiss his face, completely undeterred.

The caption on the video humorously acknowledges that “there is no winning against Emma.” Commenters agreed, with many joking that “Emma has claimed him,” referring to Sammi’s fiancé.

One comment read, “That’s Emma’s fiancé now,” while another user quipped, “Emma really said, ‘Leave us alone.’”

Emma, who turned four earlier this year, lives with her Japanese family in Toronto, according to her Instagram.
